PUBLICNOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Board of Educationof Byron Community Unit School DistrictNo. 226, Ogle County, Illinois, will hold a public hearingon Thursday, June 9,2022, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Board of EducationMeeting Room in Byron High School, located at 696 N. Colfax Street, Byron,Illinois. The purposeof the hearing will be to provide information and receivepublic comment on ahealth/life safety amendment forMary Morgan Elementary School to address deficiencies in the hard surfaceplayground at the School in compliance with the Illinois Health/Life SafetyCode for Public Schools.
