NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE INTENT OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF BYRON COMMUNITY UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 226, OGLE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $271,255 FROM THE TRANSPORTATION FUND TO THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE FUND PURSUANT TO 105 ILCS 5/17-2A
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of Byron Community Unit School District No. 226, Ogle County, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Board of Education Meeting Room in Byron High School, located at 696 N. Colfax Street, Byron, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to transfer the sum of $271,255 from the Transportation Fund to the Operations and Maintenance Fund pursuant to 105 ILCS 5/17-2A.
