Facility Management

Strategic Action #1: Maintain our buildings and grounds to meet health life safety requirements and to support a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for our students, staff, parents, and community.

1.1   Monitor necessary custodial and maintenance work via software system.

1.2   Utilize the "Annual Facility Improvement Plan" to budget for needed buildings and grounds improvements.

1.3   Continue to utilize green cleaning procedures.

1.4   Continue to apply for grants to offset the cost of improvements.

1.5   Implement a multiyear plan to facilitate improvements to designated areas of the campus.

1.6   Continue to collaborate with other local taxing   bodies to provide high quality facilities for our community.

1.7   Review the personnel needs of the Buildings and Grounds Department to ensure appropriate staffing levels and the maximum deployment of staff.
